Return & Exchange Policy

We promise that goods can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the customer's actual receipt date) if any of the following conditions are met:

The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:

📦 The outer packaging is missing or severely damaged (except for unsealed inspection), affecting resale;

How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

**Return/Exchange for Personal Reasons:** Within 7 days of receiving the product, please send an email to the after-sales service center, provided the product is in resalable condition. Customer service personnel will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

**Return/Exchange for Quality Issues:** Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact the after-sales service center at service@mail.wvwpsrw.com. Customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. We will cover the return shipping costs incurred due to quality issues.

**Refund Information:** Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact your courier company directly to arrange a return. Once the courier company receives the returned product, they will notify us to initiate the refund process. We will complete the refund within 15 business days.
